I, (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject"), hereby grant Consent for the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") under the following terms and conditions.

By providing this Consent, I acknowledge my agreement with its terms by selecting the corresponding checkbox during registration on the information platform of LLC "Carbon" (registered address: Shcherbakovskaya St., Bld. 3, Fl. 8, Rm./Ofc. II/2, Sokolinaya Gora municipal district, Moscow, 105318, RUSSIA, TIN 9719013728, OGRN 1217700127028) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

Acting freely, in accordance with my own will and interests, and confirming my legal capacity, I hereby consent to the Operator and its authorized representatives processing my personal data under the following conditions:

1. The consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of the Subject, which are not considered special or biometric:

• Surname, first name, patronymic;
• Email address;
• Contact details (phone number);
• Other information provided to the Operator about the Subject, including that provided in standard forms and the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy, as well as information about IP addresses and cookies, etc., obtained by the Operator through passive collection of personal data and the use of third-party internet services.

2. Processing of personal data by the Operator shall mean any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transmission (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

3. The Operator may use the industry-standard technology of "cookies". Cookies are small pieces of data sent from a web server and stored on the computer used by the Subject, allowing the Operator to save the Subject's personal settings and preferences, as well as collect non-personal information about the Subject.

4. To fulfill its obligations to the Subject, the Operator may transfer the Subject's personal data to third parties specified on the Operator's information resource as service centers-partners.

5. The Subject gives consent for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

• Provision of services by the Operator upon the Subject's request, including facilitating interaction between the Subject and the Operator to provide services requested by the Subject;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and non-regulatory legal acts, as well as decisions, instructions, and requests from state authorities and individuals acting on behalf of or at the direction of such authorities.
• Recording information about the Subject in the Operator's information systems for the purpose of generating statistical data.

6. The Subject has the right to send a request to the Operator to clarify their personal data, demand the blocking or destruction of such data if it is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

7. The Operator processes the Subject's personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and adopted local regulatory acts.

8. The Operator implements necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Subject's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.

9. The consent may be revoked by the Subject of personal data or their representative by submitting a written request to the Operator at the following address: Shcherbakovskaya St., Bld. 3, Fl. 8, Rm./Ofc. II/2, Sokolinaya Gora municipal district, Moscow, 105318, RUSSIA.

10. In case of withdrawal of Consent by the Subject or their representative, the Operator reserves the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the data subject, provided there are grounds specified in points 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

11. By this Consent, the Subject confirms that they have reached the age of 18.

12. This Consent remains in effect until the termination of personal data processing in accordance with points 6 and 9 of this Consent.
